Our transformer section comprises of the transformer coil winding shop, capable of winding coils up to 7.5MVA

Full test facilities to do all routine tests that includes the following:

• Insulation Resistance
• Voltage Ratio and Polarity
• High Voltage Withstand Test
• Induced Over voltage (inter-turn test)
• Losses and Impedance

A competent work team that will ensure that only the best quality materials and workmanship goes in to all our repairs.

A fully mobile site service team that will be able to cCollect transformer oil samples reliably and get it analyzed by an independent SABS registered laboratory. With the results from the tests we can then make recommendations on the site repairs and oil purification.
