M&C has the ability to design products to suit your specific needs. Design changes can also be implemented on existing motors in order to improve reliability, efficiency and/or power factor. As part of our complete maintenance service – we often rectify latent defects that have caused persistent failures in machines.
Engineering design reporting
Detailed reports are compiled and issued, including:
- Detailed failure analysis and thorough explanations of root causes
- Frequent feedback with progress of assessment and repair processes
- Detailed recommendations for the repair, with details of engineering improvements
- Proposed changes and possible influences on reliability of the machine
- Third party inspections or verifications contracted as required
- Repairs are concluded with detailed final Quality Control documents
- All critical processes are documented and tested
